Major transformation of an existing two-storey apartment building into a three-storey development. Works included underpinning, removal of the existing roof, construction of a new level and slate mansard roof, arched Juliet windows, detailed brick corbelling and upgraded fire services. The project required careful integration of new construction with the retained building fabric and existing Class 2 conditions.
