Heritage church + new multipurpose building, Parkville VIC. Construction of a contemporary multipurpose building adjoining an existing heritage church. The project incorporated below-ground construction, retaining walls, Rheinzink cladding and a glazed connection between the new and existing buildings. Works also extended into the heritage church, including installation of air-conditioning, specialist heritage restoration and coordination associated with a substantial feature chandelier. The project required careful integration of contemporary construction, engineering and building services with significant existing heritage fabric.

Childcare remediation & building upgrades, Donvale VIC. Remediation and building-upgrade works undertaken within an operational childcare centre. The project included structural framing and cladding rectification together with significant stormwater, drainage and associated building works. Construction was planned and staged around the continued operation of the centre, requiring clear communication, controlled site access, OHS management and practical coordination with the client, consultants and facility operators.

Carpark construction & civil works, Sunshine VIC. Construction of a 43-space carpark incorporating civil, drainage and landscape works. The project included Water Sensitive Urban Design rain gardens, new drainage infrastructure and detailed construction around established trees. Works were coordinated to maintain practical access to the existing facility while integrating the new carpark, civil infrastructure and landscaping into the established site.

Rooftop decking, apartment consolidation & refurbishment, Abbotsford VIC. Replacement and upgrade of an existing Level 11 resident rooftop deck within an occupied Class 2 apartment development. Works included removal of the existing deck, installation of an engineered subframe and new decking, together with integrated lighting and electrical services. The project required detailed planning of access, materials handling, resident interfaces and construction logistics to deliver the works safely and efficiently within an occupied high-rise residential environment.
